Our process is simple, you bring the concept and we’ll work collaboratively to bring it to life, all under one roof. From initial ideation and designs to production and final delivery to you or your customers, we provide our clients with the slick and seamless experience that they deserve across a variety of services.
We’re UK based so orders are turned around quickly. We have 16 machines with capacity to turnaround 30,000 garments each month. Our technicians have decades of experience in this business; stitching is second nature to them. Overlocking, cup seaming, linking you name it, they can do it. Whatever your spec we will match it to the millimetre and every project is inspected and reviewed across 3 separate stages in line with ISO911 OC industry standard.
Ideation
Our in-house creatives will help to develop your ideas creating a concept you’re happy with. No matter what the original idea we’ll help you turn it into something spectacular.
Design
Once the concept is developed, it’s over to our in-house designers to bring them to life. You’ll have opportunities to review throughout the process, from initial sketches right through to pixelated design.
Sample
After design approval, our expert design team converts your mockup into a knitting program. Choose your materials and colours then we’ll sample staying true to your tech-pack or based on our catalogue of fits. We’ll send your sample on our next day delivery service for you to review and request tweaks until you’re 100% satisfied.
Production
Final Delivery
Our in house fulfilment operation has been serving major clients for over 5 years. We integrate with all major sales platforms, have relationships with most major international couriers, and provide individual tracking on delivery. Alternatively, we can store your orders too! Supplying your garments on demand, and keeping count of everything so you know what you have at any time.
